How do I browse the shop?
When you browse through categories in the shop, our products will be listed on the page.
A product title, picture, price and optionally a short description is shown.
When you click on the product title or picture in this list, the detailed product information is displayed.
In the detailed view you have a full product description, any product options (such as colour variations etc.) and detailed images. from here you can select any product options and quantity and add the product to your shopping cart.

Do the prices include VAT?
Yes, all of our prices are shown inclusive of VAT.
How much are carriage charges?
Carriage has been set at vary competive prices.
Generally courier deliveries are used for the UK mainland,
although Royal Mail may be available on some lower value items.
Are my credit card details safe?
Yes, Urban Icon use a payment gateway which means we do not see or hold any customer card details.
All card information is held and processed from a secure server environment hosted and managed by
our paynent gateway which is approved by all the major banks.
As with any online transaction, customers should always check to see if there is a padlock in the status bar of your browser. On this site, you will only notice the padlock (or green bar) during submission of your credit card details giving you piece of mind.

The shopping cart is very easy to use.
It is hosted by a X-Shops
a specialist e-commerce provider and powered by the popular X- Cart system.
You can see how many items you have in the shopping cart and the total amount of your order. The shopping cart is easily located on any page and you may view your order and checkout whenever you want.
